Start with the occasion
Custom disposable cameras combine a useful event activity with a personal design detail. At a wedding, guests can photograph the celebration from their own perspective. At a company event, a camera can carry your visual identity and invite people to take part.
A disposable camera records images on film. It does not display photographs immediately: the film must be developed after use, and scanning is a separate step if you want digital files. Plan the photography experience and the collection process alongside the design.
Hayamou’s main collection is disposable film cameras for weddings and events. We also welcome private-label and bulk purchasing inquiries from camera brands and distributors.
Choose where the cameras will fit
Weddings and celebrations
Decide whether cameras will sit on guest tables, appear in welcome bags, or be given to selected guests. Match the artwork to your invitations, table stationery, flowers, or overall color palette.
Include simple instructions explaining how to use the selected camera and where to return it. Decide who will collect cameras and arrange developing after the event. If guests keep the cameras as gifts, make the intended arrangement clear.
Brand and corporate events
For launches, company celebrations, and promotional events, consider how the camera relates to the occasion. A logo, a short event message, and coordinated packaging can carry the same visual story as your other materials.
If you plan to collect and share guest photographs, agree how you will obtain the relevant permissions. A camera does not guarantee social sharing or marketing results; plan the follow-up experience as carefully as the gift.
Hospitality and travel
Cameras may also be considered for hotel welcome gifts, visitor experiences, or travel-themed events. Think about the conditions in which guests will use them and how they will have the film processed. Discuss model suitability rather than assuming a standard camera is suitable for water, demanding weather, or every lighting condition.
What can be customized?
Camera body stickers
Bring your theme, pattern, or event artwork onto the camera. Keep the design readable at the camera’s actual size and allow space for the lens, viewfinder, flash, controls, and film counter.
Ask us for artwork requirements for the selected model before finalizing dimensions. Do not rely on a generic template taken from another camera.
Logo printing
Share your logo and preferred placement. We will review the selected camera, print area, and proposed design as part of the quotation. Provide artwork that you own or have permission to use.
Camera body colors
Tell us your desired palette. Available colors and any requirements for a particular finish or custom color are confirmed for your project. A screen reference alone should not be treated as approval of a final physical color.
Packaging design
A coordinated box can help connect the camera to the rest of your event or brand. Discuss the packaging format, artwork, and any required instructions. Confirm the final included items in the quotation.
Film and exposure options
Discuss color or black-and-white film and the number of photographs you would like each camera to take. Film availability and the compatible exposure configuration are confirmed with the chosen camera.
More exposures can change how long guests use a camera, but the right choice depends on the event. Think about the number of cameras, how they will be shared, and your developing plan together.
Design assistance
You do not need finished artwork to start a conversation. Share your colors, logo, event references, or a short description of the look you want. We can help develop the camera and packaging design, then confirm the artwork for production.
Plan the guest experience
Film cameras work differently from a phone. Give guests clear instructions for the selected model, including film advance and flash operation. Discuss the expected lighting and model suitability when choosing your camera.
For a wedding or party, a small instruction card can explain the activity and collection point. Hayamou does not provide film developing or scanning. Customers arrange these services with a suitable local photo lab. Before the event, confirm that the lab can process the selected film and decide who will collect and return the cameras.
Quantities, pricing, and delivery
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities are confirmed individually based on the camera and customization requirements. Send an estimate even if your guest count or purchasing plan is still changing.
How is pricing calculated?
We quote according to quantity, customization requirements, and delivery destination. Camera configuration, artwork, and packaging should be agreed together so the quotation reflects the project you actually need.
How early should we inquire?
Share your event date as early as possible. Production and shipping timing are reviewed for each order based on quantity, design requirements, and destination. Do not assume an online estimate or another project’s timeline is a confirmed delivery commitment for your event.
Can we review a sample?
Yes. You can purchase existing product samples or request a paid custom sample. Share the camera, artwork, and packaging you want to review so we can confirm the sample configuration, availability, costs, and shipping arrangements.
Confirm what the sample represents, especially if your final artwork, film, or packaging will differ. A standard product sample does not approve a custom design that has not yet been made.
Can we reorder or discuss phased delivery?
Returning customers can reuse an approved design for a new order. Share the previous order reference, any changes, your new quantity, destination, and required date. Configuration, availability, pricing, and timing are confirmed again for the new order.
If you are planning several events, phased delivery can be discussed. Provide the quantity, destination, and required date for each proposed batch; the schedule, shipping arrangements, and costs must be agreed in the quotation. Different designs and batches should be listed separately rather than assumed to share the same pricing or minimum quantity.
From inquiry to order
- Share your plans. Include the event date, estimated quantity, destination country or region, and customization ideas.
- Confirm the quote. Review the camera configuration, design scope, included items, pricing, and proposed schedule.
- Review the artwork. Confirm the design and agreed specifications before production.
- Arrange delivery. Confirm the production and shipping arrangements for the destination and event date.
Prepare your inquiry
The inquiry form requires your name, email, destination country or region, and estimated quantity. You can also include a company or event name, event date, customization choices, WhatsApp number, and a message.
If you have not settled every detail, tell us what is decided and what you would like help with. The aim of the first inquiry is to understand the project and confirm realistic options.
