Information you provide

The inquiry form asks for your name, email, destination country or region, and estimated quantity. Optional fields include a company or event name, event date, customization choices, WhatsApp number, product interest, and a message. Please provide only information relevant to your inquiry.

We use the information to understand your requirements, prepare a quotation, and communicate about your project. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. The form displays a confirmation on this website after submission; it does not send an automatic confirmation email to you.

Services used to process an inquiry

The website is hosted through Vercel. Inquiry details are sent to our business inbox through Mailgun. Upstash Redis is used to limit repeated submissions and protect the form from abuse. Our application uses hashed identifiers derived from an email address and IP address for these temporary limits, rather than storing the inquiry message in Redis.

Hosting and service providers may process technical request information as part of operating their services. These services and our business communications may involve processing outside your country or region.

Analytics and your choice

We load Google Analytics only after you choose Allow analytics. You may choose Reject analytics and continue browsing or requesting a quote. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days, when browser storage is available.

With your permission, analytics measures page visits, successful inquiry submissions, and clicks on our email and WhatsApp links. A successful submission means our inquiry service accepted the request; it does not mean an order was placed. Contact-link clicks do not confirm that a message was sent.

Our analytics events do not include inquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, event dates, messages, or other form values. We send the page’s canonical address without its query string or fragment, the referring website’s origin, and selected simple campaign labels. Google may process browser and device information, approximate location, and cookie identifiers to provide reports. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our website configuration.

Analytics cookies have a maximum lifetime of 180 days in our configuration. If you withdraw permission, we stop analytics and clear the Google Analytics cookies used by this website; an active page may reload to apply your choice. Withdrawal does not automatically delete data previously collected. Google may process analytics information outside your country or region. See Google’s privacy policy for its practices.

Retention and requests

Inquiry correspondence is retained for handling your request and related business records. The temporary submission-limit records expire automatically. If you would like to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you sent us, email [email protected] with enough detail to identify the inquiry. We will review your request and any applicable record-keeping requirements.
